1. Strictly prohibited content

Watermark-removal tool. The watermark remover may only be used on images you own or are authorized to edit (your own exports, your own drafts, content you have a license to modify). Using it to strip ownership marks, usage restrictions or copyright management information from content you do not control — stock photos, other people's artwork, licensed material — is prohibited and is a material breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service.

CutOutLab prohibits processing adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit images with its background-removal tool. You may not upload, submit, or process such images through the Service in any mode (Auto, People, Precision, or HD), whether for any purpose and regardless of who appears in the image. Attempting to do so is a material breach of our Terms of Service.

Specifically prohibited image content includes, without limitation:

2. Rights and consent

You confirm you have the rights to any image you process with the Service. You may not process images that are unlawful, that you lack the required consent to use (including another person's likeness), or that infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.

3. Service integrity

You may not attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, circumvent usage limits or access controls, resell access, or scrape the site at scale without written permission.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of this policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it. Content flagged as violating this policy may be blocked from processing; HD-mode submissions are subject to automated abuse screening.

5. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this policy — including any attempt to process prohibited content — report it to [email protected]. We review every report.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The current version is always publicly available at this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
