For refund or billing questions, email us from the address on your account and include the date of the charge. Your first payment is refundable within 7 days — see Terms of Service §5. You can cancel your subscription anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Want your account gone? Email "delete my account" from the address you signed up with — we remove your email and plan records permanently within 72 hours.
If you believe content processed with the Service violates your rights or our Terms of Service, email us with details and we will investigate.
